East Anglian Air Ambulance
The East Anglian Air Ambulance is a charity which delivers advanced emergency critical care to the scene of the incident whenever lives are at risk in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, and Norfolk. With two Airbus H145 helicopters and two rapid response vehicles operating from Norwich and Cambridge Airports, EAAA brings the skills, equipment, and clinicians of the intensive care unit right to the side of patients facing the most life-threatening and life-changing accidents and medical emergencies.
Pear Tree Fund
The Pear Tree Fund offers holistic wellbeing and bereavement support and information and advice to people with life-changing illnesses or long-term health conditions, living in East Suffolk and neighbouring parts of Mid-Suffolk and South Norfolk, and their families and carers. Our charity also provides to people registered with Cutlers Hill Surgery, free nursing care, as well as emotional, physical and practical support to people reaching the end of their lives so that they can die in the comfort and security of their own homes.
Financial support from Heveningham Hall Country Fair Trust has enabled us to continue offering local support to families affected by illness and disability when they need it most. It has enabled us to reach more people by helping to improve access to our services and support by visiting those unable to get to us at the Pear Tree Centre or offering support by telephone or virtually.
